Background and Availability
Background
Growing up in an active, athletic family in Denver, Colorado, physical fitness and sports have always been an integral part of my life. Motivated by my excitement and enjoyment of sports and exercise, I invested time learning about fitness and became a teacher and trainer. I realized that I absolutely love working with and motivating people. I value empowering people to make positive changes in their lives.
