Background
My Style of training is a concept that incorporates all forms of training as part of a progressive system. These forms of training include flexibility, cardio respiratory, core, reactive, and resistance training. It is a process of programming that systematically and progressively allows any client to achieve any goal. This training will create synergy in movements requiring the correct muscles to work at the right time, limiting injuries, while burning calories and building strength.
Fitness and wellness have been an imperative part of my life for nearly 10 years and have proven to not only be an activity and an employment, but also a lifestyle. I hope that I can share with you the knowledge I have gained from dedicating myself to learning from the very best in this industry.
