We sponsor Don Pope, the World's Strongest Man competitor. We also are the sponsor of Andy Bolton, the world's best deadlifter. We work closely with Nova Care in Ohio and we work with the local USMC recruits.

I believe we can all harness our inner athlete. Everyone of us has one person to compete with, yourself. Coming to me ensures that your goals will be worked towards. I don't expect you to come to me and give half an effort, I demand that you give me your best and I will give you the same in return. Each of my clients/athletes get assessed as to what they need, what they are weak in and how we can improve them. You are taught how to move, how to be stronger and how to dig deep in your soul to find what motivates you to reach your goals. Maybe it is losing weight, maybe it is getting a sports scholarship, maybe it is just to be stronger. Whatever it is, we will find that and get you on the path to a healthier and better you.

Background and Availability
Background
I played baseball, football, ice hockey, basketball, competed in track and field, highland games, strongman and most recently was a 10 year veteran of Division 1 men's league rugby. I placed in 4 strongman contests in the top 3, winning once. I was a starter for the Long Island Rugby Football Club at tighthead prop. I worked with 2 NFL Europe players, state champion wrestlers and nationally ranked swimmers.
