Depending on your ability you will lift, push up, pull up, squat, jump, run, row. Each workout is created specifically for each individual whatever their limitations and needs. My client's age range from 11 to 84 years old. With abilities from full range of motion to those with severe limitations. The beauty of CrossFit methodology is that can be adapted to absolutely anyone. With my expertise, you will find yourself reaching goals you never though you could attain. Background and Availability
Background
Weightlifting and working out has been a part of my life since 1986 and have been a personal trainer since 1995.
I am 48 years old and the mother of two grown sons (both of whom workout). I worked out through both pregnancies and continue to do so. Therefore, I am aware and able to help my clients maneuver their fitness through all aspects of their life. I continue to complete in Olympic lifting meets and participate in CrossFit classes. It is called Personal Training for a reason and it is my goal to keep the "personal" as my main focus in my training of Fitness for Mortal clients.
