Fitness is more than lifting things to me. I was a gymnast growing up so the ability to hold onto the conditioning, strength, balance and flexibility has always been a great way to challenge myself.
I love a challenge so I've been working windshield wipers! Works just about every muscle in your body. I did a total of 12, 6 on each side but working towards 20. They're really hard, but give them a try!
