You deserve it right?! Not Really

Wow! You worked hard today!
You did yard work, or shoveled snow, or scrubbed your house or had a killer workout... so you deserve to indulge right?
No, not really.
You certainly deserve to eat, and eat well! You should fill, fuel, and re-energize your body. BUT don't use your hard work as an excuse to fall off your fitness horse, but even if you do, don't over-do on the foods you should be staying away from. This is where you falter, giving into impulse.
In FACT, these hard-work days are a *great opportunity* to move your body FORWARD. You burned calories, fat, and if you fill yourself with delicious nutrifying foods, you will be ahead of the game! Give in, and you either fall behind or at best, play even-steven. Keep your healthy mindset always so even when it's time to indulge you'll know when to stop.
