Pizza Box Push-Up Crunches!

So you've indulged in your fav, pizza, but instead of feeling bad about that extra piece, try these,
Pizza Box Push-Up Crunches!
This is basically a duel move. Its a push up with a ab-core curl all in one.
1. Cut off the top of the pizza box.
2. Get in a push up position, back straight, body tight.
3. Do a push up and when you come up move into step 4.
4. Curl your knees into your chest making sure to keep your butt down.
