I WILL!
All you need is TWO simple words... I will.
There is no easy way to start, no simple way to just glide into routine, but I assure you, that pushing yourself to start, and *making yourself* stick to it will have rewards you couldn't imagine. You will never hear anyone say "Darn, I wish I hadn't gotten in such good shape". So make some promises to yourself, say;
I will use my will, and I WILL.
I will eat the foods I should.
I will walk away from wrong foods.
I will accept that I am doing great even with my flaws.
I will eat on time.
I will accept a compliment.
I will choose my health and happiness over food.
I will workout even if I don't feel like it.
I will walk by the junk food aisles and drive by the drive thoughs.
I will make the food I need to eat.
I will schedule my workout above all other appointments.
I will put everything I have into all my workouts.
I will strut my stuff looking the best I've ever looked.
I will NOT…
I will not put myself down.
I will not scrutinize the parts of my body I don't like.
I will not succumb to pressure from friends or myself.
I will not give up.
I will not excuse myself out of my body and health.
I will not give in.
I will not ever ever start over again.
