Look around. 

Notice the dishes next to your computer because you have enough to eat. Notice your sneakers on the floor because you're healthy enough to move.

Notice the sounds of your children in the other room who are happy. 

Notice your boss who just walked by because you are employed. 

Notice all the calls you need to return because you have friends. 

Notice the post-it notes with 100 things to do because you have a full life. 

Notice the notes, messages and conversations because people love you. 

Notice where you are right this minute because you are aware.

Live with blinders on and only notice what you don't have, or 

Look around.
