You KNOW What To Do - Now REMEMBER

You're intentions are SET. You're done starting and stopping, and ready to start for the last time! But at some point during the day you stumble. And often from there, the stumble turns into a fall, and the fall turns into a head over heels tumble. Either you let yourself get too hungry, or the food-goblin has swallowed up your self control. Reminders are what you need! Nothing like a mini wake-up call to keep your thoughts pure of bad-food thoughts.

4 Simple Ideas to Keep Your Mind Right

1. Post-it Notes - post them in the fridge, cupboards, at work, or wherever you have to make food choices. Write notes to yourself like - "Oh no you dont!", "Really?", "Are you really hungry?", "Stay Away!", or "Pick Me!".

2. Make a list of the foods you *should* be eating. Make it BIG and make it bold! Then tape it to your fridge.

3. Pictures say it all! Find your most inspirational pictures (or words) and put them everywhere. In drawers, in your purse, on your bathroom mirror, in the kitchen, in your kids room, wherever you spend the most time.

4. Set an alarm on your phone several times a day that check in with you. Create "events" for your day. Example: Alarm 1 - "Did you eat breakfast?" 2. "You don't need that dessert." 3. Get to your workout! 4. Eat your fitness!
