Don't slide. Don't let you *self* talk you into going back to the way things were. Don't convince yourself that 3 days of workout is as good as the 4 you were doing. Don't persuade yourself that taking it easy on your cardio is better than the HIT routine you had going. Don't fool yourself into thinking you'll just take a little break from your fitness and come back in a week or two. Don't entice yourself into buying that bag of temptation and think you'll only eat one or two. Don't lie to yourself that putting on your *bigger* clothes doesn't bother you. Don't *forget* it feels better on the right side of the fitness fence, so *don't slide*.
