Detoxifying is NOT like pouring in drano

Detox. Detoxify. Cleanse. Clean. Flush. Whatever word you use, they have been sold as the answer to weight loss and health but once again, marketing teams have found another way to prey on people's need for "fast and quick!" results.

Don't fall for it.

I'm not going to speak for every single product that claims to clean your insides, but *most* of it isn't worth a dollar and some may even be harmful. But there IS one way to detox and lose weight, ANNND improve skin, internal organs, brain, energy, sleep, mood, confidence and strength, ANNND it's free and healthy. You guessed it - clean eating. You can't take a pill or swallow a liquid and be "clean". Your insides aren't plumbing and you can't throw down some Drano and magically have sparkling intestines. Real detoxing is eating the foods that won't get stored in your body and are used for body function, performance and energy, while moving out what should go. Real detoxing is eating vitamins, minerals and nutrifying yourself so the body runs at it's max best.
