A friend of mine suggested an advanced water removal pill for muscle definition...
By: Heather Frey
Hey Heather, Here is my issue - I'm cutting way back on my carbs. In fact I cut them all out after 6:00 pm. My abs are looking much better but I've gone from 192 to 186 in 3 weeks. I dont want to lose the upper body muscle I've worked so hard to gain. A friend of mine suggested an advanced water removal pill for muscle definition to remove subutaneous water - You are suppose to take it for 5 days. I'm thinking that will really drop my weight. What are your thoughts?

Hi Ronnie, "Advanced water removal muscle definition formula to remove subutaneous water" is just a very fancy way to say "diuretic"...or water pill.
All it does is take water out of your system or from underneath your skin. It's not anything you can use continuously, or will give you any lasting effect. The ONLY time someone might use a product like this is right before a bodybuilding/physique competition when water removal is very important. And only when you have to look a certain way on a certain day. Taking those doesn't allow you to maintain a look...the second you drink enough water, the water weight is right back.
I, in fact, drink a TON of water and feel it keeps me lean since the body is constantly letting go of water and impurities.
There are some natural ways to help your body remove excess water. Here are some natural water-movers: asparagus, green tea, cranberry juice, and dandelion (bought at a health food store).
In my opinion, the less supplements you take, the better, minus, things like vitamins, omega 3's, flax, calcium, etc..things your body really needs. |
